"My wife and I decided to try out yoga since experiencing chronic back pain. We attended hot yoga on Wednesday evening and I have to say the experience was amazing. We both have different fitness levels, but we both felt comfortable going at our own pace. Alison creates a great environment where your mind, body and spirit or relax after practicing yoga. And the best part was being able to enjoy some truly single origin, coffee in the coffee bar after yoga."
