"I'm disgusted with the incompetence of this office. I have a close friend that is battling for her life right now and your office can't authorize anything, they can't schedule appointments accordingly and when you do it's without knowledge of the actual patient, and now the worst part of it all is... you don't order the chemo meds in time. So again, the appointment is delayed! You've had weeks to order the meds. What is wrong with the office? The reviews are correct, you have no compassion for your patients! I would hate to see how you handle your own family member going through this. You need to do better. Your patients depend on it!"
