"Throughout my time working with Vanessa Arango, I was able to realize a lot about myself. Vanessa used different treatment techniques that helped me notice things I hadn’t previously noticed or would allow me to confront problems in which I had previously had difficulty confronting. The techniques and exercises that she used were fun and easy to do and always left me feeling much better. I always felt very comfortable. I was able to express anything that needed to be expressed. Not only that, but these techniques usually consisted of me having to realize, analyze and figure out a solution to my own problems which always allowed me to open my eyes to see another perspective in a situation.
