"I do virtual visits. It takes less time than being in the waiting room in person. There are no psychiatrists and the Yulee office to do med management. This is very frustrating when virtuals were not an option due to COVID. It saves me at least 3 hours per visit. This makes me much more compliant with both my medications and my visits with the doctor.Calling to get a next appointment or using their app is very easy and doesn't take very long. When I call into the office for questions, I am answered promptly and treated with respect."

"Since talking with my therapist I have accomplished so much. I started journaling. My next step is to include thoughts and feelings in the journaling process. So far I have only been documenting events. The most significant accomplishment is organizing my clutter. I've gone from two 10x10 mini storage units to one. I've inventoried my pantry and refrigerator/freezer. I'm keeping the list in my phone and have been diligent to add and subtract as groceries are used or purchased. At our last session my therapist suggested I begin setting boundaries. I started reading a book called Boundaries along with the workbook accompaniment. Overall my experience has been delightful, thought provoking, and motivating. Kudos to Brittany Harris."

"I highly recommend BBH. Dr.Tressler and Dr.Mckim are awesome! If you want someone to actually listen to you and help you this is the place for YOU! I absolutely love Dr.Tressler her schedule is booked out far but trust me when I say the wait will be so worth it. And Dr.Mckim her office is scheduled out too but she is a wait that is also the wait!"
