"I went to see Lisa for an introduction to BrainTap. I have been meditating (or trying to) for years and I was interested in the idea that BrainTap could provide a beneficial guided meditation experience. Lisa set me up in her office zero gravity chair and asked me to choose a topic from the BrainTap menu that interested me. I chose Journey to my Soul... 20 minutes later BrainTap had brought me to a deeper layer of relaxation and insights than I have ever experienced in 20 minutes. I ended up buying a Brain Tap head set to optimize the sessions at home even though I could have have access to the sessions on an app complimentary for 30 days. But that was not the end of my experience with Lisa! I told her I had being experiencing some neck and back issues and wondered if her Cranial Release Technique might help. She said she thought it could and that it would take just a few minutes. Five minutes after a very simple and painless treatment I stood up with about 75% reduced pain in my neck and NONE in my back. Two days later, I am pain free and back to playing tennis. I have booked my husband for a treatment next Tuesday with LIsa for his chronic neck pain. I must say I am still amazed at what those 30 minutes with Lisa did for my mental and physical health."
