"Do not get call backs very frustrating as I have to called several times for my daughters medication left messages, this has been on going for 3 weeks by the time I get a call back will be my daughters one month appointment and she hasn’t even been on medication yet! As she needs a medication change. Last time it took them 6 weeks to call me back. Been trying to deal with her care for the past 2 years and having very little prompt responses with their medical assisting team!!! Horrible experience thus far!"

"I'm updating my review. Leaving the original below because it still stands. I don't like leaving one-star reviews, but I've struggled with this place for years and can no longer make it work. I've had to leave Saafe because you simply don't feel safe or taken care of at this place. I've tried to talk to administration for five months, trying to switch providers. I've filled in paperwork and I've called numerous times. I've spent weeks waiting on employees to call me back. I've been in the waiting room when my appointment's been cancelled, one time I was in the waiting room (online) and was told I missed my appointment - and still had to pay for it. I've expressed who I'd like to see, and why, and administration will not approve it. They want me to see a 3rd provider in 6 months, and though he's probably very nice, unfortunately I can't understand his accent. My prescriptions are being called in incorrectly. I feel like a number in a system and like nobody actually cares about your mental health here. They've driven me to frustration and tears, and I have to seek help elsewhere. Original review: I am so frustrated with this place. You come here because you need help . but, I did not get the see the doctor my primary wrote a referral for. Making an appointment is unnecessarily difficult. When I called to make an appointment the first time I was transferred to an answering machine, and waited two days for a phone call back. Later I needed to reschedule an appointment. When I got a receptionist on the phone she was able to only cancel the appointment, not reschedule it. She transferred me to another office staff member that was supposed to make me another appointment. This person however did not pick up the phone, and their answering machine was full. It really shouldn't be this difficult, you should be able to pick up the phone, speak to one person and reschedule an appointment. Especially when you're dealing with mental health. Another thing that just rubbed me the wrong way is that when I was on a private video call with my nurse practitioner, she looked over her shoulder and talked to a colleague. Nothing much, just saying goodbye over the weekend, but it made me feel uncomfortable and not safe, sharing my very personal details with her. Had the door been open? Who had heard what I had just been sharing in what I thought was a personal conversation? I also left a message about my prescription being called in wrong to the pharmacy, and no one has called me back."

"The most unprofessional place that I have ever been to. Kamisha told me I was lying to her and she had a problem with my honesty. This lady has never met me , this was my first time attending this office. I was shocked. Definitely do not recommend. I drove 40 minutes to turn around and walk out. I’m an adult and will not be spoken to any type of way from a person with too big of an ego. Did not feel welcoming. If you don’t like your line of work go do something else."

"Postpartum is hard enough. With my medical insurance, it only made getting help harder. If you decide to come here, the chances of your mental health may worsen. When I met with a psychiatrist, they acted as if I needed to know what exactly was wrong with me. And when I would explain what I was going through they would convince me that I didn't know what I was talking about. There was a specific medication I didn't want to be on. And guess what they prescribed? Exactly the thing I asked not to be on. No other options were described. He even told me to look for other medications that may work when he was the trained professional. And I even thought speaking to a Therapist here would help. It was no better than trying to speak to a "professional" about diagnosis and pills. The medical insurance only covered teleprompter appointments with someone who hasn't even completed their training. It was difficult that I did not feel saafe in my house openly speaking about what bothered me. When you get a therapist you can only speak to through video call, things get extremely impersonal. Given this person has had some experience with consoling, makes this a whole lot worse. Over the video call I could see in her body language her not believing me or just her getting extremely tired of her job already and hearing me speak was putting the nail in the coffin of her career. In person therapy has died since covid hit."

"My daughter had her very first visit ever with a psychiatric provider and it was a little nerve wracking for her. She saw Ms. Morgan who put her at ease and definitely made her feel comfortable. For me, she was very thorough, patient, understanding, compassionate, and considerate. I did not feel like she was just trying to write a script and move on, she took her time and that is absolutely amazing!! I recommend her hands down! Over all SAAFE has been the best experience I’ve had for my daughter’s psychiatric need. Thank you for the wonderful experience!!"
