"I would recommend Step by Step Therapy to all parent who is concern about their child. Mr. Jim has been an incredible speech therapist for my 4 year old daughter. He made a big difference to her speech. Her vocabulary, expressive language, sentence formation has improved from the speech limited by two-three words. I have to attribute my daughter's progress to the weekly speech therapy sessions which my daughter enjoys a lot. I can hardly believe that two years ago she couldn't say 'Mummy'. "My son has attended step by step for speech therapy for about 3 months now. Mr. Jim the owner is my sons therapist. He is amazing! My son loves going to see him and I see such a huge improvement in his speech! My son would just shut down on me when I would ask him to talk to me or he would say one word sentences and couldn’t sound the word out correctly. My son is 3yo and now he is putting more than 3 words together and actually tries to explain to me if I don’t understand him the first time. Definitely recommend step by step!!!"

"Not sure about these other reviews but I've had a great experience with this company. I'm beyond grateful to have found this office. This place is a life saver. My son started speech therapy here about a year and a half ago. He barely said 50 words and could not even put 2 words together. There was a lot of grunting and pointing, and a lot of frustration on his part and mine. Now he's speaking in full sentences! I'm in awe on a daily basis with the progress he has made. He loves going here and he loves his therapists Charisse and Amanda! The fact that he can communicate his needs and wants, without having a complete breakdown, makes life so much easier for the whole family."
