"DON'T GO HERE! She doesn't care about her patients! When I first stared seeing Lisa she was great. In Sept she cancelled the day before a appt scheduled 3 months prior to day drink for her birthday. Today her scheduler called to cancel my appt for tomorrow(scheduled 6 months ago) for dental work. Her scheduler tried to say they had called yesterday and left a message which was a lie. This behavior is that of a narcissist."

"The lady who answers the phone (claims she is the office manager) is the most rude person I’ve ever dealt with. She does not listen and rushes you off the phone. She scheduled an appointment for me a few months back and sent me the online forms to complete before the appointment. The link would not work. I called her back and she said she would correct it. Well, it still never worked. We went through this back and forth for a week and finally she said she would look into it and call me back. I never heard back from her. So I assumed no appointment was made Then a couple months later she calls to remind me of my appointment. I told her I wasn’t even aware of an appointment bc I was still waiting for her to call me back from months ago to complete the forms. She apologized and said they have just been so busy. I was out of town for work this day and couldn’t just come in. I called back later and she was extremely rude and did not let me say a word, as she kept interrupting me. I was trying to explain to her the situation and all she can say is well I have 200 people I’m dealing with and people in the office so I have to go. I asked to speak to the office manager and she said it was her, so I then asked to speak to the provider and asked what her first name was. She very rudely told me I could find this information online and hung up on me. This is the most unorganized, unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. People who are seeing a mental health counselor do not need to be treated like this. We are obviously already dealing with things and she just made everything worse for me. I am so upset by the way I was treated. I am absolutely appalled and I hope Lisa Harris (the provider) is not aware her office manager if treating people this way and allows it. Such a shame!"

"Hands down, Lisa and her alert assistant are the best run business out there. My son is the patient of Ms. Harris & I felt as though he (we)have hope out there who not only understands us, but didn’t feel demeaning. Thank you!!"

"I've had two appointments with Lisa Harris, and she is awesome! I think many people fear that psychiatrists express a patronizing attitude towards their patients, but Dr. Harris is a very kind, honest and "real" person. She treated me as an equal, which made me very comfortable. She also recognized that I had an allergy to a medication prescribed by my GP (who failed to recognize my symptoms and almost doubled my dose). I've had a great experience here and highly recommend!"

"It was easy to schedule an appointment and there was no waiting time in the office. Lisa Harris is very thorough, skilled and knowledgeable. She listens patiently and I never felt rushed. Ms. Harris was also easy to reach after my appointment when my medication needed to be adjusted. I would recommend Ms. Harris to anyone needing the highest quality psychiatric care of any nature including the management of medications. I find her practice to be the perfect blend of a traditional and state of the art approach to healing the body and mind and would recommend her to family and friends without hesitation."
