"This is my second pregnancy with A women’s place. I absolutely love the Drs but two of the ultrasound techs are quite rude. They have snide remarks which I think is unprofessional patient care. One telling me my amniotic fluid was low because I don’t drink enough water and the other one saying “trust me I know how IVF works”. But I do love the physicians. Dr. Holly Miller is my favorite. She’s very patient and personable which is very important to me."

"If I could give zero stars I would. While the providers are all “nice”, the assessment skills are lacking. I never missed any of my prenatal appointments. In my third trimester, they just measured my belly and used the doppler for fetal heart tones. I asked Dr. Miller if I was getting an ultrasound in my third trimester and she said it wasn’t indicated for me, that everything was going well. My last one was the anatomy scan. When I asked when they start cervical checks, Dr. Miller said “at the hospital when you go into labor”. The day my water breaks, at 40 wks, there was meconium in the fluid. We then rush to NCH, hospitalist does a bedside ultrasound and tells me the baby is breech, it will be a cesarean. I ask if the baby could be turned and he said it was too late to TRY, she was too big. They let me labor at the hospital for hours & waited until last minute for the c-section putting the baby at risk for meconium aspiration. My husband had to go to the nursing station multiple times to tell them contractions were worsening. Baby was born with a labial tear from entering the canal during labor. Overall horrible experience. The providers failed to diagnose breech presentation despite having an ultrasound in their office and me asking for one. It should have been a scheduled c- section and neither the baby nor I would have suffered all the sequelea that came afterwards."

"Absolutely love this place and everyone that works here. The front office staff is very nice and always in a good mood. The M.A that takes my vitals is very nice and easy to joke and talk with. Abby is just the best I’ve ever seen, she makes sure I’m comfortable and always answers my questions without making me feel embarrassed. The best around! I’ll never go to another office as long as Abby is here!"

"For the better part of this year, I have been disturbed about the care I received at this facility. Having been a patient for several years, I never had a complaint, perfectly satisfied with the gynecological care I had received, until it mattered. Between my doctor and her radiologist earlier this year, they flat out dropped the ball on a mammogram. Months of anxiety and zero answers to my questions about why they were pushing for a biopsy, I finally got the mammogram redone at another facility and I’m fine; no biopsy was ever needed. But it shouldn’t have been this way. My doctor blamed the radiologist for not responding to me, with whom I had no relationship. I blamed my doctor, the person who was in charge of my care, who also didn't respond. I’ve spoken with Dr. Tzilinis at length, who apologized for dropping the ball. While appreciated, it was nonetheless unacceptable. My comments aren’t personal. But when breast cancer is a possibility, you don’t have many chances to get it right. I would look elsewhere for care. The irony here is that when I wrote my review, I didn’t expect to receive a response. But when I did, it was so obviously a form letter response cut and pasted from somewhere as the areas to be filled n such as contact information were left undone. I don’t really care to hash this out any further but the response shown below should indicate, once more, a level of carelessness that makes my point."
