"I highly recommend this office. The ladies here are extremely informative, friendly and patient. For someone who has no understanding of insurance (of any kind) I was greeted with no judgements and understood everything clearly. For example, as soon as I came in Lisandra was helpful and very nice even offered me State Farm keychains and pens. Then, I was able to sit down and discuss a quote with Jany and she was very thorough and left with a very satisfied quote and more knowledge. The office space was very clean, hand sanitizer everywhere and with beautiful flowers."

"Absolute terrible service. I've never had to write a review on a company but with the experience I received from this statefarm office it just had to be documented. I would capitalize the s in statefarm but they're not deserving of it. ONLY experienced 1 month with them and they tacked on $20 to my policy claiming they didn't know I was the policy holder and thought my brother was. Also claimed they didn't know I was under 25, absolutely ridiculous. If i'm on the phone with you setting up a policy YOU know I tell you my name and YOU know I told you my age. NEVER AGAIN will I go through this company. WILL NOT be recommending."
