"I don't recommend this company if there's even the slightest risk you'll be in an accident. My Dad was in a wreck on December 26th, and it was caused entirely by another driver. The driver's insurance took full responsibility and stated they would pay for everything. My Dad's semi was totaled and he was issued a check for the value of his truck. When he called to add insurance for the new semi, he was told that due to the accident, they would no longer be insuring him. Now, he has to find a new company and hope they don't charge him more than what he was paying with 1st Guard. He highly recommended your company until you pulled this stunt. What was the point of him paying a monthly premium and the one time he has to use it, he gets dropped. This claim wouldn't have cost your company any money since the other Insurance company took responsibility, yet you treat him like it was his fault."

"Prime example of not knowing what you don't know. I cannot describe how far my jaw dropped when Rachel told me the quote that I would be paying with 1st Guard. I was paying 3x as much with Progressive than what she quoted me. More famous words..."if I'd known then, what I know now",(a year ago). First time, literally being a legit O/O with my own truck(1yr). Made a lot of mistakes and still learning 10 yrs in the game. Truck being in the shop the past week, Rachel at 1st Guard, made everything seem brighter despite my truck issues. Don't take my words to heart. Check them out for yourself. You owe it to yourself price wise. Now I'm only going off of the price and I hope I never have to use the services other than just being covered, but as is, life is always happening, and things are not always in our control. But when things aren't going as well as you'd like, life will put you on a path to give you some sense that all is not as bad as you think. My path today, led me to 1st Guard. Apologies for being long winded and I'm definitely not a "homer" to this company, but we crossed paths just when I needed a bright spot in this trucking world. Thanks again Rachel."
