"Called into agency 6 times. Voice mails full or no answer. Finally got Ann to answer and she was to pass all my information to Paul. Was trying to get insurance on an home this agency already has the insurance for that we are purchasing. Did not hear again from them so called this afternoon and asked Ann what the status was. When Paul answered the phone he had no idea why I was calling and I had to explain everything again and told me another agent handled this account. Ann had all the information and should have been able to direct me accordingly the first time I called a week ago. Paul said not interested in a second home for insurance and hung up the phone. Very poor customer service. Unfortunate."
