"When I submitted my claim they paid it out but never returned my calls or emails. Specifically my car's parts did not arrive for over 6 weeks and car could not be driven. I tried to contract my adjuster by e mail and and got the auto response will be out of the office for 10 days. Wanted to know if they would extend the rental payments due to this issue. They did once before so I felt they would accommodate this request. Would not budge or respond to my requests. This used to be a great company but has changed and they just do not care about their policy holders. Not to mention I tried to reach my adjusters boss and after much to do and threatened to call the CEO so he finally gave me his number. Basically there are companies who care and try to make the situation easy. Auto Owners failed to provide me the service and cooperation that they spend millions advertising what a great company they are. It would be much easier to accommodate me and others and keep us as customers."
