"BE CAREFUL BRISTOL WEST AND NATIONAL SECURITY IS THE SAME HORRIBLE COMPANY I wouldn't think about getting this insurance company. They are the worse insurance company in america. My experience is that they put you off and try to deny your claim anyway they can. I had one a lady that hit me, got a ticket the police said and wrote that I had the right away and still they said I was at 50 percent at fault. Please dont use this insurance company there are thousands of reviews from people that have there insurance and that have been let down and they would deny the claim. Some of these people paid these idiots premiums for years. My experience is that they dont care they get disperate claim adjuster that will do anything to keep their jobs. I would go with the top 3 insurance companies, not these people. Your family health and financial stability might rely on it. Dont rely on people that dont care and only looking at the bottom line of profit. They won't do the right thing BRISTOL WEST GOES BY NATIONAL SECURITY, FARMERS, AND MAYBE OTHER DIFFERENT SMALLER INSURANCE COMPANY TO HIDE, ASK WHO IS THERE PARENT COMPANY"
