"I have encountered great customer service, ownership of client issues and empathy with Natalie, another representative who I don't recall now and Luz. I am happy with the agency and would recommend to my clients and or family and friends. Allstate I am not too sure, I don't care for too much intrusion as it concerns privacy and the constant reminders to have an app monitor my driving or I lose my rate is a bit much, on this point the agency may lose my business as I will not be monitored by Allstate in this manner, alternatives may need to be explored for renewal.
