"Unfortunately I have to change my review. After two years of commitment from our part we see this place has changed a lot. The coaches are inconsistent and kids have different coaches on different days which makes it hard for them to bond. Coaches are too busy racing through class time and not listening to students questions because they seem to be “in a hurry” . They don't use positive reinforcement and only threaten the kids that they wont get their belt or strip graduation if they don't focus. This is NOT what Im looking for in a Karate school. My son used to love it here now it’s boring to him specially class with the new instructors who seem inexperienced with kids. They don't empathize and connect with the kids and it seems like they are only interested to sell sell sell more Premier programs. Everything has now become an Up-sale. Fees for this fees for that and very pushy with the sales and marketing. We are looking at different Karate places because we are disappointed with how this place is being run. But we will do our research this time. Honest review!!!!"
