"If you don’t speak Spanish this place is not for you. Lady on the phone could not understand a word. She used very broken language. When I asked her if she speaks English she said no. I asked her if she can give a phone to someone who can she responded “yes, yes, 2pm? Thank you. Buy”. There was no conversation about time at all. Don’t waste your time. Call somewhere else."

"Disappointing experience. I don't like to leave bad reviews (you can check my profile) but I will leave one when necessary. We made an appointment with Vicky for our 2 year old due to the great reviews and when we arrived the salon was absolutely empty aside from the girl at the check in counter and Vicki who was right next to her. When we arrived Vicki was in front of us but we did not know what she looked like so we didn't know it was her. We announced we were there to see Vicki and confirmed our appointment time. We chit chatted with the lady at the check in counter and told her it was our son's first haircut while Vicki stood there and refused to acknowledge us. She didn't even look up to say hi to my husband, my son or I. At this point I am sure we are all waiting for Vicki to arrive as the lady on her phone has not said a thing to us. Another lady comes out and starts sweeping the hair on the floor and says "Hi, how are you?" to us. At this point, we are thinking maybe this is Vicki. A few minutes pass and the real Vicki goes over to a chair and without looking at us, says "Papa, come here" directing him to the chair. I ask out loud if Vicki will be coming soon and she says she is Vicki and that she will be doing the haircut with an attitude. At this point I am shocked because I've never met someone so rude, especially towards a child his first time doing something completely new and so personal as getting a haircut. She didn't even say a word to us and had no idea what we wanted or were looking for. What bothered me the most is that she works with children but didn't even acknowledge my son. I would have understood a bit if she was busy but again, the salon was completely empty aside from us. I didn't even know what to say so I just said "Oh, I'm sorry, we have to go" and walked away. We wanted his first haircut to be special and for him to feel it was a good experience as this will set the tone for future haircuts. So disappointed we booked with Vicki. I feel bad for any child who has had an experience like this with her and then went ahead and got a haircut from her. I can't speak to other stylists in the salon but I will not be returning anyhow. We went somewhere else that afternoon and had a GREAT experience where my son felt loved and taken care of from the moment he went in to the moment he came out. He sat happily in the chair and they found a way to make the experience memorable for our entire family. So glad we walked away from this salon."
