"When I first was solicited by this company after filling out information for my wife to obtain health insurance coverage on marketplace .gov I spoke with an agent who was very helpful in finding me coverage. I did ask about our primary care doctor and was told that he was in the plans providers. I was encouraged to take an additional insurance which I was told would lower my premium. I did and waited for the medical cards to arrive. When they did my wife went immediately to her doctor only to discover that he does not accept that insurance. We called back to marketplace and asked to cancel the plan to which they did and told us that a refund the premium was coming. We never received a refund, and in addition our bank account was charged a second premium. After many phone calls and searches I finally found a current number for this agency. I was told that no refund was coming and that we should have contacted them. As I stated earlier, we called back to the same number where we first was put in touch with them. We were assured that the policy would be terminated and a refund would be coming. Since we contacted healthcare .gov and filled out an application and was contacted by this company who represents marketplace health insurance, we should have received better service and should have been given a refund. Those of us who are older and on fixed incomes find all this health insurance requirements to be a little overwhelming. We can only make decisions on what we are being told. To not care about the people whom you solicit and do the right thing by is sad. I hope this never happens to another person doing business with your company."
