"My experience with Insight Krav Maga has been excellent. The owner/trainer, Frank, is the best fitness instructor and Krav Maga teacher I have ever worked with. He is honest, respectful, reliable, kind, knowledgable and determined to assist me and everyone else there to be great. He puts 100% into his training sessions. The cage fitness classes are intense. I have tried cross fit, personal training and held gym memberships. Nothing compares to cage fitness. It's a unique beast! This type of workout challenges me more than the other type of workouts.
