"Very unprofessional, no one ever answers the phone, no one will see you if you come to the location, they do not follow up with their cases. My case has been pending determination for months without status. I was able to reach someone once and she told me it doesn’t matter if they provided a date in which they are required to respond by and that all funds are first come first serve. She also had an attitude and transferred me to another line and told me “I don’t know who is here but you can talk to one of the other girls leave a message if they don’t answer”. I applied back in November....."
"The receptionist is so unprofessional and down out right rude! She speaks to you like you’re completely incompetent! God forbid you actually expect her to help with anything or answer any of your questions (which is her job!) she will literally speak to you like a child and roll her eyes. Don’t ever bother calling either, you won’t get through to a person. No idea how this woman even has a job here. My other coalition in the county I lived in was amazing! Staff was professional and great demeanor. Going from that to this is beyond frustrating! The state needs to look into all of this horrible reviews about the staffing here and take action."
