""I have been calling 3 days straight trying to pay a bill over the phone, they do have odd hours. " After leaving the comment above, the owner logged in to add her business hours and called me saying that she didn't appreciate me leaving "derogatory" remarks on here, she said that the review was full of slander and libel and went ahead and pointed out that I wasn't even her client. It is true I was paying for my dad, and it is not the first time I have contacted them on my father's behalf. When my dad initially started his policy, the company emailed me directly, if my dad was late, they called me directly... I have been in contact with them from the start and I find it very disrespectful for her to Now call me after my father has already started his policy there just to tell me that I have no authority to even pay the bill. It's a shame that the owner of a company will call me on my lunch hour in minutes, after reading the "bad" review and didn't follow up to my emails. Had she taken the same amount of energy to follow up the first time she wouldn't have a bad review to begin with. We will be taking our business elsewhere."

"I just got off the phone with the owner Evelyn & was informed that not only were they unusally closed yesturday on a Thursday but they were also closing today Friday @ 1pm!!!! I asked her how could that be , we don't have a credit card or bank account & we need to renew our policy , her response was "deal with it or go back to your old agent!!" I have never had to deal with someone so rude. Beware before you give Evelyn your money & business...."
