"I have had insurance thru them for a few years with my yearly coverage around the same price. Last year my coverage went up over 80%, and Depace Insurance & Financial Services, Inc didn't feel it was appropriate nor there policy to contact me with this information. There policy is unless you confirm with them that you would like to search other options, they will not. They are not the insurance company, they are a broker. My expectations were that when the price nearly doubles in cost, Depace Insurance & Financial Services, Inc would contact me with this information. Not only were my expectations not met, I don't believe any standards were met either. For the only response to be that I must contact them if I want ro make changes led me to cancel any further dealings with them. I would not recommend."

"My experience with this agency has been disappointing. Worked with a gentlemen by the name of Zach. I specifically told my agent I needed certain coverages which he failed to add. When I asked him to detail my coverages and go over my policy, he told me to file a claim with an adjuster & he would review it with me? I didn't think I needed to file a claim to see what coverages I had so I reached out to the insurance company directly. They told me my agent was the only one who could specifically detail my coverage. I just don't understand why my agent ping ponged me back and forth and can't provide me with my own policy's "coverage of checklist". I called and asked to speak with the manning owner Susan, she declined to return my call. I wish I would have chosen to go with another agency - a trustworthy & transparent one."
