"Was rushed to do the online registration due to doctor wanting to go home already. Then rushed to take my vitals. Felt the doctor did not take the time to understand me as his new patient. Felt rushed. He looked at his computer a lot more than he looked at me his patient. Felt no compassion, understanding or simply care for his patients. Seen Dr Daniel Sanchez. This was my first initial appointment and was not impressed with the service. Now have a medical issue could not see any doctor at this facility because they all went on vacation for possibly 2 weeks I was told. I guess no one gets sick while they are all gone."

"My 86 year old mother was looking for a new Provider. The staff accommodated us with a next day first time appointment. The wait was short and the nurses were very thorough,kind and listened. We did not feel at all rushed. The doctor was very thorough, asked good questions regarding all my mom's medications and gave thorough explanation and answered all our concerns with an immediate follow up date and required tests to prepare for my mother's next visit. We both left very satisfied with the services rendered at that appointment. We look forward to our continued medical relationship."

"Today was a very painful and stressful day. When you go to a primary doctor’s office as a walk-in you should know, of course , common sense, that the person in front of you is Ill or needs urgent care. Front office personnel should always be kind, caring, and most of all show empathy for your pain. I got to the office at 9:15 with a #10 pain. I cried and waited for three long hours and you know why the staff call me at my car because I got up and left. She had called a couple of walk-in that came after me. I felt totally humiliated. Of course , this would have never happened if Linnette , admin personnel, would have been there, because she is fit for the right position. First and last terrible experience with the front personnel of my amazing and awesome doctor which has always been an extraordinary and human, caring doctor."
