"I attended a lecture given by Dr. Rivera and learned so much. I knew my husband had a serious problem but none of his doctors acknowledged or addressed it. In the talk Dr. Rivera had a segment devoted to dementia following a stroke. I recognized that as my husband’s situation. Once I knew that I could get him help and know what to expect.. Thank you so much, Dr. Rivera"

"Dr. Rivera and his team (Nancy) provided the most compassionate and attentive care to my Mom for many years while she lived in Florida. Because I was located in Minnesota, it was essential to have trusted people on the ground visiting her in her home (when she had 24 hour care) and then later in the memory care facility she was moved to. Dr. Rivera helped me move my Mother successfully to Minnesota and she is thriving. I beg of anyone reading this who is caring for a person with dementia, please add Dr. Rivera to your team. His presence in my Mom's life made all of the difference. The right medications can be miraculous. Without Dr. Rivera on our team, things could have ended up much differently and Mom would not be living her best life. There is hope and Dr. Rivera and his team can spread it. I cannot thank them enough for the personal support they provided to me as a caregiver. Clearly, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Rivera."

"Referred by Leslie Ann director Bayshore Guesthouse and Gardens . Never heard from Miguel after a initial zoom meeting regarding my mother.He wants to charge 500.00 for two more consultations . Unfortunately; the Dr made NO attempt to give me a update on my mothers condition. Those two consultations at 500.00 were unknown to the guardian to me .No progress and or lack progress report has been given to the guardian. Leslie Ann from Bayshore has fail numerous people. Check google reviews that go back years on her leadership at Bayshore."
