"WHAT HAPPENED. Father has Medicare at 85 years old. And a secondary is Blue Cross Blue Care. So he would have a 800 dollar fee. That better be for the year. But calling was not pleasant and if that is the gate keeper, they need to hold other interviews. I am a professional in the area, and can not believe the arrogance of this receptionist. I am sorry GO ELSEWHERE If you wish be treated with respect. I hope someone who is management of this office will read this and actually find someone who cares and is not annoyed when a patient calls in. I will be looking elsewhere for my father."

"I got a referral from my pediatrician for this place. They called me to schedule an appointment for my 11 year old daughter who has suicidal thoughts. I scheduled appointment for a month later. When we arrived they had no records for her appointment. They have the referral but no appointment scheduled. And they even told me that may not be able to take new patients. The manager, elderly guy, was very cold. He said "nothing we can do, here is a list to other places you can go, please move to the side for the next customer..." I understand that they have enough business and literally don't care how they treat there customers....but we are talking about the life of 11 yers old.... how could you not take that seriously. There should be a low and accountability for this type of actions. We are stuck between insurance and uncompasion doctors and staff, while we have our kids life on a line. I feel devastated, defeated, crying, hearing the words of the manager "nothing we can do " over and over again...."

"I wish negative starts where an option. This place is an absolute joke, they don’t care about the clients. And it really shows when you walk out from a session and you feel like you weren’t listed to, or you don’t get any kind of answers as to how to cope with your issues. And definitely don’t cancel an appointment or you will be charged and you will get a nasty response from the front desk."

"I’m absolutely furious with this place. The fee they charge for missed appointments is over 3 times what I pay for my normal visit. I’ve already missed two because of being sick and work. I called to cancel for an appointment tomorrow and they said they were going to charge me again because it was less than 24 hours. They never answer the phone! Half the time it sends me directly to voicemail, and it specifically says in their voicemail that you can not cancel your appointments through voicemail. This is insane! DO NOT GO HERE THEY’RE JUST TRYING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!!"
