"I had a horrible experience with trying to get my medicine before the end of the year when my insurance was changing. It takes 30 minutes to an hour everytime you need to call the office. Then the phone hangs up on you. Then when I finally got someone the person seemed to not care about my situation or that I was going to be in a dangerous place with my refill. The doctor is okay but the experience if you need to call the phone is very frustrating at best."
