"My experience was a little messed up. They called me and said I missed my apt with Dr Imbert and I did not have an appointment scheduled. They recognized the problem and solved it, however their Zoom platform is MESSED up. Twice now I have missed my apt. with Dr. Imbert because the Zoom web site or the practice’s side of things are MESSED up.The text from the practice will tell you to go to zoom through the web link that they told me to through. So I do. I’m thinking “Oh no, this is what happened the last time I couldn’t get on”’ It says “ you are in the waiting room” your provider will be with you soon. So I wait and wait and wait. My Dr. never came on. I’m sure he thinks I had just forgotten the appointment. I called the office and there was no one picking up. At one point it said “ Press pound to transfer to a live person.” I pressed pound and it took me right back to the beginning of the previous message I had just heard. By this time I am calling any department just to get to talk to a live person and by God’s blessing I actually got a live person. She said that I had the wrong dept and she could transfer me to someone that might be able to help. I had to again go over my story. She said, hum lots of people are having trouble with this platform (Zoom). Soooo after all of this hassle she had to RESCHEDULE my appointment for NEXT THURSDAY! I was shocked. I said but this an emergency , I need talk to Dr. Imbert today ( when my original appointment was scheduled ). She said that I would have to talk to him at that new apt. because he was done for the day. NEVER EVER have I had such a hassle. I hate when you call and the phones reroute you to so many different places and they all say “Leave a message etc. Why don’t LIVE people answer the phones?I know they have an office full of employees so why the “leave a message at the tone and we’ll get back to you in 24-48 hours.) A person could be dead in that time period, especially because this a mental health facility. 24-48 hours could mean the life or death for a person. I don’t know what this world is coming to. Technology is great WHEN IT WORKS. If so many people are having trouble using Zoom ( and she told me they were,) then here’s an idea…Why not use another platform rather than Zoom. Problem solved. And start using a live person to answer your phones. This automation has gotten so out of hand that I am actually stunned when I call a place and talk to a live person. Isn’t that sad? The only reason I stay with this practice is because of Dr. Imbert. He is a fantastic man. When he retires fully, I am outa there. Why take the time to change to a new Dr. from the practice because you will still have to go through what I went through! This just shouldn’t happen. A very disappointed patient, Jana Bigham"
