"I started seeing Dr. Bourgard 4 years ago and I have seen her on and off since then. She is the only therapist I have ever been to who made me feel like it was ok to feel what I was feeling and that it was ok to be exactly who I am, where I am! It doesn't mean I felt better ever time I left her office, but I always felt like I was getting somewhere and had someone guiding me to where I wanted and needed to be. I have recommended Dr. Bourgard to a number of people, so if you are needing a push, let me be that push for you. Therapy is really, really helpful, but only if you find a good match in a therapist. I always felt taken care of by her and ultimately, she was usually right, even when it took me a while to “get there”!"

"I have personally been going to see Dr. Bourgard on a weekly basis for about at least half a year. She pays attention very well to you and your problems. She works with you using styles personalized to each person to make sure all the helps and needs are met. She will be straight forward with you. She makes an actual connection with her clients in order to take care of them rather than just writing you off as another person she sees. She makes sure you are comfortable and always feel that you are in a safe and open environment. She really does care for you as a person. I was fortunate enough to have been able to find her during one of the worst time of my life. She really help pushed me through the bad times, and made sure I was always safe. She made sure to make herself consistently available. She has also been very accommodating even though my schedule is sort of crazy. I would highly recommend Dr. Bourgard to anyone, or anyone with loved ones going through tough times, or even those who are seeking therapy in order to get to know themselves better and trying to improve themselves (that need some guidance). She went above and beyond with no charge To contact my Case manger and find out exactly what they expect to be done. Unfortunately my financial situation didn't allow me to use her professional services i really wish i could. From first to last conversation i had with her she was extremely nice and professional.
