"Dr. Kristen and Dr. Rob have both been great. As a patient of Dr. Kristen’s for many years, I’ve had so many positive experiences. When I first became a patient I had a referral. I had to call a few times but was able to get in fairly quick after we connected. They both have very specialized skill sets that many other therapists don’t have, which is why I looked into them in the first place. I can have honest conversation with her, and I appreciate her honesty, different, and real approach to therapy. It’s helped me more than words can say. I also allow a buffer of time in case things run late with the patient before me. I always get the full amount of time even if we start late, so it’s been a non-issue for me personally. She is one of the best therapists I’ve ever worked with, and would recommend her."

"The most unprofessional “office” I’ve ever encountered. They answer the phone or return your call maybe 1 out of 10 calls. She was late to every appointment... would reschedule appointments last minute and then charge ME. I’m more depressed and suicidal now than I was before I started seeing her. Has a lot going on in her personal life which she discusses during sessions!!! Definitely doesn’t seem like she should be helping anyone but herself. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. THANKS SO MUCH DR KRISTIN FOR TAKING AWAY THE TINY BIT OF HOPE THAT I HAD!!!!"
