Doesn't know how to communicate and has no idea what parents with diabetic children go through. After telling her that she doesn't make any sense on the plan that was proposed she discharged our kids and we had child protective services with police the next morning at our home. Furthermore, she canceled life sustaining prescription for both of our boys."
