"It says plan to spend 1 to 2 hrs. It is more like 2+ hrs. The first time was over 3 hrs. I did spend time with the doctor let me say she was great. I realy liked her. That being said, This is a childrens doctor. YOU CAN'T make them sit there for that long. Please. Maybe an hour from your appointment time but more is unacceptable especialy for kids. My appointment was at 12:20 . Yes i arrived early only because i waited over 2 hrs from my appointment time last time to speak to the doctor . So i signed in at 11: 45 . Appointment was 12:20 at 1:06 they call my name put us in a room at 1:40 they put us in another room still waiting to see the doctor and finally at 2:08 i just walked out not seeing the doctor. There is an appointment for a reason and kids should not have to wait that long. I know kids are difficult because they hate shots and are scared and it takes time. Then appointments scheduling should reflect that. I don't know what is going on there but having an appointment and waiting over 2 hrs to be seen is unacceptable especially for kids. Like i said i liked her but kids are not patient and this is just being mean to them. Us as parents know how kids are and especially how are kids are and our time is just as valuable as everyone is. So if you really want to wait LONGER THEN 2 HOURS TO SEE YOUR DOCTOR THEN THIS IS A PLACE FOR YOU. IF YOU KNOW THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BECAUSE THEY ARE KID'S THEN PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND BE KIND TO YOUR KIDS AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE."
