"Dr.Anzalone and his staff ALWAYS make time for my daughter when she is sick. She gets sick very often and is medically complex. From the office staff who answers the phone to the nurses and doctors…everyone is wonderful."

"TERRIBLE. So hard to get an appointment and then they canceled without notification and then to try to reschedule they are not willing to accomodate and dont even feel bad about it. Front desk needs to be train how to treat customers, and be more organized, i will be looking for another doctor for my kids the only reason why i left the other doctor is because they didnt take my insurance otherwise Dr. Romilio Marquez is the best!"

"I have heard nothing but good things about the pediatrician. I wish you all luck getting through his condescending and unintelligible staff to ever get an appointment. My children had been at the practice and left for an extended period. I called to explain that we would be returning and schedule physicals. I asked what I needed to do to make sure that if they fell ill before the physicals they could be seen. They said care would pick up right where it left off, as we were still in the system. I confirmed the information in no uncertain terms. Yet when I called with a sick child today I was told I would have to three weeks for him to be seen for his illness. Three weeks! I was told the long wait time was because I needed to establish care as a new patient. I explained that I called months ago to take steps preemptively avoid this very situation and they told me that they would get him right in if he got sick. She either lacked the intelligence or the will to troubleshoot the problem. She rudely said she didn't even believe that I had ever called previously and if I had, it wasn't her problem because she wasn't the one that took the call . Instead she repeated her script, talking over me, without any thought to if what she was saying even addressed the question asked. Which it rarely did. This has been undoubtedly the worst consumer service I have ever received... and I have Comcast! LOL"

"Dr. Anzalone and staff are amazing. After trying out several pediatricians we finally found the right doctor who is knowledgeable, always available and truly cares for his patients. Dr. Anzalone takes the time to listen, properly diagnose, explain/answer all of my questions and most importantly is always available for my children. I highly recommend Dr. Anzalone and staff!"
