They are kind, patient, caring , and always ensure to see my child when sick the same day. It is truly amazing seeing how much they care for all their patients. I know I chose the right pediatrician without a doubt! If an emergency ever happens Dr. Najm is there following up and ensuring things are getting done the right way. You can’t go wrong with her!!"

I have my 2 sons in this practice since birth, and they have always been very patient and accurate in their diagnostics. The rest of the staff are angels. "When I was searching for a pediatrician for my unborn son they put me on a waitlist and said they’d call me. They called me about a week later and said they had a space for my son. Then they rejected me outright and said they couldn’t take my son as a client because I was giving birth outside of a hospital. I was planning to give birth at The Birth Center under the care of a highly reputed licensed midwife. I called back for clarification because I just couldn’t believe I’d heard them right. They confirmed their policy is to discriminate against babies born outside of the hospital. When I asked why they said “because we need to make sure your baby gets all the right tests and natural birth is just unsafe.” WHAT!! Midwives do all the same required testing that hospitals do in the state of FL, so this explanation makes no sense. And birth IS natural, not a medical condition or disease that’s unsafe. Clearly there is some medicalist elitist nonsense going on here. I get the sense I dodged a bullet by not becoming a patient here."

"Having an issue with another office so I am looking for a new office to bring my kids so I called this location. Only accepting kids under 5. Well only one of my kids is over 5 but no exceptions according to staff. Who does that? That is the most ridiculous rule. How can you do that to families. Doctors in SWFL make it so difficult for families. First doctor Dr. Duncan was a legend and he retired sending us down this rabbit whole of terrible experiences. Don’t bother calling this location if you have a family, they dont want kids 5+. Just sad"

"We love Beachside! Lisa and Dr. Najm give great care to our baby. Their office runs very efficiently and they are thorough with annual and sick visits. The nurses and providers always answer your questions and make sure you’re educated with milestones and how to care for your sick baby. We are so lucky our family is so well taken care of by the practice!"
