"I can't get in contact with them! My daughter was assigned a pediatrician here through Medicaid. I have called several times now, different days, different times. I've tried two different numbers. I press the number "three" like it says on the prompt to schedule an appointment. It puts me on hold for ten minutes and then I get hung up on! I see no email, no website, I don't know what else to do. The only contact I've managed to make was with the billing department. The woman was very kind and transferred me to the manager, whom I left a voicemail with and have still gotten no response from since Monday I believe it was. I will delete this review if someone would just contact me. but at this point I'm doubting if I should even bring my daughter here. Right now I just need paperwork for preschool but what happens if I have an urgent medical question that I need answered? I totally get that it's a busy time and I'm willing to wait but at least give me an email or fix your phone system so it doesn't hang up on the person after ten minutes. I need this paperwork soon. **Update** It has been six months now and I still have never heard a word from them. Does this place even actually exist? Is the lady in the billing department trapped in some sort of weird matrix of nothingness? That poor woman. I have since found another pediatrician for my daughter and I'm happy we ended up with him instead-Dr. Salil Jacob."
