"Negative stars would be more appropriate. Erika Cullop "nurse" (I use that term loosely) clearly doesn't care about patient experience. Apparently she took the time to delete my extremely personal review. It is more important to her to save her reputation than addressing patient concerns. Erika was extremely rude when addressing the issues I was having. I have a repeated history of UTIs developing into kidney infections. I have been hospitalized twice within the past year, and had surgery on top of it. I don't seem to have any symptoms until I can feel it in my back (kidney area). The night prior I had severe gastrointestinal problems and was continuously vomiting. I took a tablet of amoxicillin that I had left over because I knew was developing an infection. In hindsight I should not have done that, but i was trying anything i could do to put a pause on the infection. At this point i know what medication works and what does not. I provided this information to Erika and her assistant which fell on deaf ears. I have been to the urologist numerous times about this issue, and I was simply trying to get in to see any physician that could possibly treat me for a uti/growing kidney infection, that day. My urogolgist was in surgery for the entire day so I guess it was my mistake expect another practice/physiscian of mine to help me before I ended up in the hospital. After I explained to Erika what medication I needed she laughed in my face. I have tried every antibiotic/nausea/pain medication available for this sort of infection and I know what works for me. Not only did she not prescribe the appropriate antibiotic, she then proceeded to deny me any pain medication as well as anti-nausea meds. I understand this facility is not specifically for urology or kidney problems but i am an established patient who was having a genuine issue. My concerns were not addressed, they were mocked and laughed at. When I asked to speak to a manager I was brought around to the front window, in front of an entire waiting room full of people. i was finally given an anti nausea medication after I begged the front desk staff, but again, it was not the medication I needed. I have never felt so embarrassed as I did during this visit. I was forced to explain my personal issues in front of a room full of people who had no business knowing my information. I now have 30 days to find a new physician since Erika did not appreciate my review of her services. Within a year I have had 3 hospitalizations, surgery, and diagnosis of Endometriosis. You would think being a woman, she'd have some empathy. That is certainly not the case. GOOGLE please keep this review up. This woman does not deserve to be around patients, especially ones dealing with such personal issues. My advice to you Erika would be to find a new career, you are certainly not a caretaker."
