"In attempts to switch from a previous OB practice that used a 3rd party to forward my medical records, there was difficulty sending SWOR the needed info in order to schedule. SWOR requires all medical records including lab work before you are able to schedule so that you as a patient can get the utmost care. Karly & Christina did an amazing job handling things to make all possible. They both tried phoning the previous OB practice, spent time looking through emails, gave me all needed paperwork once gaining my records & had me sign a record release so that any further info needed could be obtained. They were extremely professional, patient & kind. Office is well kept & a smile will great you when you arrive. Very pleasant."

"I was recommended here as I have been experiencing bad pains that make standing difficult some days. My regular DR was not providing much help besides get on birth control or get pregnant, so I wanted to try someone else and came here. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and I was early and they took me in a few minutes early. Both the medical assistant and DR were very friendly as well and made me feel heard regarding my pain. My other DR doesn't want to do surgery cause of my age (possible endometrioses) but they aren't concerned with that here, that just want me to feel better. I am in pain, I just want to be able to stop the pain even if that means surgery. Thank you for hearing me and helping me"

In addition to obvious expert knowledge, staff has social skills, manners and warmth from intake to doctor.
