"Love this theater. Seats are not as cozy as the “luxury” theater seating but it is a gem to have this and be able to enjoy it. Don’t hesitate to go. Please go! We can’t lose this. They have great cocktails and all concessions are reasonably priced."
"This was my first time visiting this historic theater in Ocala and it was incredible! We attended the Edgar Allan Poe Speakeasy which was a live performance and that, in and of itself was amazing. The Marion hearkens back to the theaters of early America where you could comfortably sit in the balcony section or the main room to watch live performances or movie. The retro movie posters give it a hometown feel and if I had to guess, I'd say it seats maybe 300 guests. Truly a gem in a town that is starting to seem more wild west than I'd like."
"We had a fantastic time watching The Polar Express at Marion Theater for Christmas. The decorations were beautiful, great place for drinks and food, beautiful picture and excellent sound sound. People were friendly and welcoming. Great place to enjoy a movie in downtown Ocala! Love the retro vibe!"
