"I’ve been visiting this practice for years now and am disappointed in my recent experience. I came in for a problem visit and was told I needed a prescription. The prescription was never put in the system by the nurse and now I am left untreated. I called prior to closing and was told it would be completed by end of day and it wasn’t. How was my appointment that morning and the entire day went by without putting through my prescription? I will be looking for another OBGYN."

"Cannot recommend Dr. Kraft enough. He is the best doctor I've ever had. He takes the time to listen to all your concerns and answers all your questions. He has amazing bedside manner and has always made me feel comfortable during appointments and delivery. Although I did have a scary complication during my delivery, he knew exactly what to do and acted in my best interest. I cannot thank him enough for taking care of me and my child."

"Truly awful place for first time mothers or anyone expecting to be given an ounce of respect or empathy, especially as a concerned patient. The staff is CLEARLY burnt out, aggressive, and patronizing to patients. It is clear that not just the receptionists, but the doctors as well share the same aggravated unprofessional attitude. I highly recommend finding another office who actually treats their patients with kindness and respect. I will be filing a complaint with baycare."
