Last 2 years I have been there I said remove me from the portal and yesterday I get a message to hear my results to check my portal. Which is garbage it doesn't save your password. AND you have to enter a new pass code each time. That is not user friendly. When When I called to get my results I was on hold for 2l30 mon"

"Staff is not at all friendly . After making me wait for 30 min they cancelled my appointment without reason. Due to traffic I was late by 10 min which I called and informed but the never bothered to attend the call, to be proactive i left voice msg than also they cancelled my appointment giving me reason the my slot was given to someone else, if that’s truly the case than why others slot was never offered to me ? Highly double standard . To summarize very rude behavior ."
