"I have been going to Dr. S for 18 years and when she stopped taking my insurance, I still kept going. She was always my "go to" doc when all my other doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong. She ended up saving my husband's life when she agreed to call around and find a specialist that would take his insurance when the other office suddenly dropped his insurance and she does not even see men."

"I would never go anywhere else. Dr. Surattanont was able to help me after two visit when all the other specialists kept getting it wrong. I was being given antibiotics for overactive bladder, endometriosis and interstitial cystitis. It only took Dr. S two visits but she spent one hour with me each time. I also like that when I call the office, I get real people. I don't talk to a machine. Sometimes, I have to call a lot o times but at least a real person picks up and I get a real answer right away. Not going anywhere else."

"The most rude and ignorant office staff I have even spoken with in my life! I called as a new patient to schedule an appointment and wanted to know when the first appointment could be available! I was constantly asked for my insurance information before I could get an answer to my question?! I understand that she needed to confirm I was covered but for the life of me she was just not comprehending that I wanted to make sure there would not be an appointment out for weeks! Then when she finally did answer my question I was so offended by the way she was speaking to me I asked to speak to someone else which she continued to yell “ give me your information, it’s simple” and then told me there was no one else I could speak with! This doctor needs to get her self a more professional office staff because she just coasted her a paitient!"

"I've seen Dr. Surattanont for 18 years and LOVE her office! The staff is wonderful. She is the only one I trust to give me honest answers/explanations and not try to sell me on prescriptions that I don't need like some other doctors I've come in contact with."

"Most offices will call your insurance for the group number and any other questions. They had me call to get group number then want me to call to get an estimated price on my procedure even gave me the office codes to tell insurance company. My dentist office calls insurance and knows all about the payment questions I have. Not very knowledgeable office staff at all!! The Dr. didn't ask any important questions like am I married, have only one partner etc.. She talked a lot during the supposedly quick exam. But the kicker to make me not want to go back is-My results came back abnormal. They made me make an appointment, pay another $25 just to get results. I am not happy with that at all. The week before they took all my vitals and made me pay the copay, but to do it all over again in a week? JUST FOR RESULTS. Then when I said I couldn't pay the 25 then, office lady said to me "it's just $25, cant you get it from somewhere"? Really not professional office at all."
