"I have been going to this office for a couple of years. I am at a stage in life where things are changing and I had an appointment just to get a referral to go get blood work. I thought my appointment was at 8:30 I arrived at 8:13 AM and apparently my appointment was at 8 o’clock. No one else was in the lobby and I was refused services. And with the way, my hormones are raging I needed to get my blood work checked. And I started crying because I was so full of anxiety and in the middle of a cycle that are very very hard to deal with at this stage in life. I begged the lady to please let me see the doctor. I was denied service then she shut the window in my face. I told her I have been waiting weeks for this appointment and all I needed was five minutes to get the referral. So if you want a doctor that does not care about you go here. I fired Dr Sokas that day and I will never be back do better Dr Sokas people do rely on you and if you are going to be a doctor like that I don’t want it and no one else should want you either because people want a doctor that actually cares about their patients."

"I have been going to Dr. S since I was a young teenager. Now I’m an adult in my 30’s with 4 children and I still continue to love coming to her. I know that I am safe, that Dr. S always has my best interests at heart. She always makes time for me which is truly a Blessing to me and my family. I am very Thankful to have a well educated Dr. taking care of me and one day I hope she’ll be taking care of my girls."

If you need a routine yearly, a screen, or just intelligent advice, Dr. Surattanont is the ONLY gyno I reccomend, and Bradenton Women's Center is the place to go!"

"If you want a doctor that just cares about getting money from you, and will scam you into believing you need 101 lab work done, this is your doctor. I paid more for my first visit, $50 more to be exact because she THOUGHT that was my deductible, but during the second visit when I paid $20 less, they made sure to take that out of my account right away instead of evening it out with my overpaid amount from first visit which I never got back. Oh and if you want the lab results of your own blood that she convinced you NEEDED, that will be another paid appointment and dealing with an unprofessional doctor and staff that all need to get it together. Good luck trying to get ahold of a receptionist."

"Worst customer service ever, and the office doesn’t know how to follow up with patients. I made this appointment Wednesday and instead of calling me to say there was a problem with my insurance Thursday, they let me walk in expecting to pay a $20 copay, told me there was a problem then asked me for $220 more coming to a total of $240 completely blindsided me at the window. When they could have called yesterday and informed me of all of this...never going back again you need a better staff I work in the medical field and if that is how I worked I would be fired.."
