I can't agree more with one of above review which is "The front office staff is agressive and prioritize money over their patients they will try anything to overcharge you or make an appointment and never contact you to charge a no show fee. Their billing dept is a super rude lady that was trying to yell at my partner while she was pregnant and we have had some hard times with her after. Dr, Morning is a great professional i have worked with her in the hospital and she got my partner through her birth. But she needs to get rid of some people in her front office not giving the type of care her reputation upholds." Long story short, In the past few years, I only visited the Dr. office once a year for my annual OB exams. Normally, they scheduled next year's exam on the same day of visiting of this year. It is easily to forget it because the two visitings were one year apart. I missed two or three times. They didn't send email, either send text message to remind me. By missing my appointment, they charged me like $50. This year, I missed my appointment again. After 20 minutes my appointment, I got a call from the office to let me pay like $50 or $ 60 for missing my appointment. I said I did not get any reminders from their office. The lady said they had called me and the calls went to my voice box right away. I did not set up my voice box. I am wearing 24 hours. I believe I did not miss any calls. Then they explained maybe something is wrong with my phone carrier. I said you ladies knew the called did not go through and should have made more phone calls again. A lady said: " You are adult, you made appointment and it is your responsibility to remember it and go to the office." I have to say the front desk ladies are different from other Dr.'s office."
