"I love this doctor, but I need to make an appointment and they keep sending me to the nurses voicemail. I have done this three times in the past two weeks and they never call me back. I have a job and it's hard to keep my ringer on to answer a call that never comes! I need to talk about my medication and I don't know how many more messages I am supposed to leave. I have said I am suffering on the messages and still no return call. The best they can do is make my yearly appointment which is two months away. I just need to talk to my doctor about my medication!"
"I was referred to Dr. Icely by my primary care physician, Dr. Shutzbach; Wonderful doctor who listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Dr. Icely has great bedside manner too and I felt very comfortable in her care. The office looked and felt a bit like a spa; the walls were a silver/blue color, everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly:) It took a while to get In because I was a new patient (women’s care doesn’t take my new insurance so I couldn’t go to them), but the wait was worth it for sure."
