"I initially found Dr. Toussaint on my google search when looking for an Obstetric doctor when I had temporarily relocated to Orlando from the Bahamas. I wanted someone with great bedside manners and that would be very thorough as this was my first pregnancy. Upon visiting the office, my first impression was that the office was a very welcoming environment, clean and the staff was very friendly. Dr. Toussaint surpassed all of my expectations, throughout the course of my prenatal visits he continued to be attentive to my concerns and addressed any issues that occurred during my pregnancy. He was very detailed oriented and his medical care is very patient centred. He went over and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable at all times and that my delivery went smoothly. I could not have asked for a better doctor!! Dr. Toussaint is an excellent physician and both him and his staff are very professional. I will recommend him to anyone who needs an Obstetrician-gynecologist doctor. I know I will certainly be back for my second pregnancy."

"I don’t have the words to describe how furious I am about this visit. I drove from Tampa because I was so excited to have what I thought would be a good black doctor. I scheduled an Annual Pap Smear/ GYN Exam in June 2023 via ZocDoc based on the positive reviews. I called and told the receptionist I needed to add a transvaginal ultrasound to check for cysts on my ovaries. The receptionist assured me that the ultrasound could be done in office and would be added to my Pap Smear appointment. I got there, waited almost 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, and was finally called back. While talking with the doctor, I found out the receptionist did not schedule my ultrasound. The doctor then referred me to an imaging center, which is exactly what I wanted to avoid. I told him I called beforehand to make sure everything would be done at this appointment, but he said his schedule was backed up for the day and he couldn’t fit an ultrasound in. We then moved to the pelvic exam. I was 100% under the impression that my Pap Smear was being done, seeing that was the exact name of my appointment. Months go by and I never received a follow up about my Pap Smear results. When I called in October to dispute the bill and obtain my medical records, it was then that I found out the doctor didn’t even do a Pap Smear! He literally asked me questions, did a pelvic exam with his hand, and charged me over $270. The lady I talked to in billing said my appointment was scheduled as a new patient visit and I had to schedule a second appointment for a Pap Smear. That is absolute bull! Since they didn’t do the Pap Smear or bill me for it, I ended up paying over $270 to talk to the doctor and have NONE of the tests I needed completed. My pelvic floor therapist checks my cervix with her hand. I didn’t need to pay over $270 to have him do it. I literally could have examined myself for free and learned more about my body than the information I received from this practitioner. Needless to say that with a bill that high, I was unable to have my Pap Smear or ultrasound completed at another facility. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with an OBGYN and in no way would I ever recommend this practice. From the receptionist, to the doctor, to the billing department, it is an overall unorganized mess of a practice with very poor communication and performance skills."
