"I don't know how this place is so highly reviewed, I've never been so uncomfortable with a medical practice in my life. I booked an appointment with Dr. Vazquez only to be seen by a midwife for a routine exam once I arrived. The entire visit was more of a sales pitch for their app and supplement line; I was astonished at the lack of professionalism and clear conflict of interests at this conduct during my visit. I was seen briefly and had blood drawn (the blood draw was done well) but we quickly booked for a follow-up appointment. I was so uncomfortable that I decided to cancel my follow up visit. The office seemed forceful bordering on coercive in having me visit again to "review" my test results, even telling me that they wouldn't be available for "up to 3 weeks" as a tactic to just have me book an appointment to get my results. Once the results were in (5 business days later) the office told me that I would need to wait 24 hours for a Dr. to review my results before I would be able to see them which is against the law. They then told me that I would be charged a fee per page to receive my results, which is also against the law. (they ended up not charging me after I notified them that it was highly unethical to do this). I sincerely hope this practice reviews their conduct and starts paying closer attention to ethics over revenue."

"Outstanding service! From the time you walk in to time you leave your visit you fell welcome! Excellent Front Desk, MA , Dr. Kimberly Navarro is exceptional ! She is caring and knowledgeable. Make you feel in great hands! Being able to do an Ultrasound in the office is very convenient and to make it better the Ultrasound tech was super professional and knew exactly how to perform the exam helping with the minimize any unnecessary discomfort! Im beyond gratefully that I found this office. As a Health Care professional myself I have to say that finding an office where everything professional is aline with the same professionalism is not as easy as we wish! So, I indeed appreciate this office staff excellent work!"
