"I have been her patient for 7 years, but her office has went from 5 star to a 1 star so fast. Personable Doctor, but Dr. Roger’s could care less about your appointments. She allows you to go months without a visit because she is unable to manage her schedule or her staff. This office is the worst I have ever dealt with. I literally have been trying to get an appointment with her for 7 months. They NEVER return calls! I keep being told to call back at the end of the month to see if they start taking appointments again. How is it even possible to avoid making an appointment for a long term patient for 7 months straight. No return calls, ignored messages, ignored online requests, nothing! How does Advent allow this type of practice to exist in their institution? I finally had to fire Dr. Rogers as my physician for negligence. She has put my health at risk by refusing to see me in a timely manner."

"I love Dr Rogers.... after years of drs not knowing why I was anemic and having had men gynos, she just said, you're 51 maybe you need a hysterectomy. It was the best news ever, I got it and have never been anemic again. I feel so much better!!"

"The doctors are wonderful but the staff is HORRIBLE.. They have no idea how to schedule and they will tell you that you must come in 15 mins before your scheduled time or they will cancel your appointment. Then they have you wait over an hour before your actually called back. What is the point of a scheduled appointment if your not going to take anyone at their scheduled time. I understand that sometimes the doctors have emergencies but this is every single time for every single person….. I have to take half a day off from work just to come to these appointments because no one cares about our time."
