"The first consultation was all about understanding my son and establishing next best step… excellent start with Safe. Fast-forward to an actual appointment face-to-face my appointment was at 8:30. No one was in the building but one person at the desk who told me she was running just a little bit late… Half hour 40 minutes or so go by and I ask how much longer and told that they were stuck in traffic OK, she calls her says she’s a minute out but then when she walks in five minutes later, she’s loaded down with Starbucks drinks and bags so my appointment with my son was not nearly as important an hour later, as having Starbucks with her coworkers"
