"If I could give ZERO I would. They sent my baby home saying ears were cleared when he really had both infected. Both ears started draining as soon as I left. They barley wanted to send me more antibiotics. I’m not a Dr so I didn’t know after so many ear infections you must see an ENT. Well they refused to sent a referral saying my baby didn’t need it. They don’t care and rush you out. After dr candilori left the place went down hill BAD. I pulled both my kids. The place alone is filthy! I mean who would want their kids being seen in this filth! 0/100000000"

"I have been going here since moving to Sanford and recently I just can't get anyone to answer the phone. Ever since they merged with pediatric associates the communication has gone completely down hill. I like the Drs. I like the nurses. I have no other problem except that when I call no one answers and there's no answering machine. It was not like that before."

"First time mom here who was nervous about finding the right place to take my baby and fortunately a year ago I gave this office a shot and man I’m so happy I did. Staff is very friendly, organized, never make us wait when we have an appointment scheduled and the doctors are on top of everything. They are caring, professional and patient with my child. Kristin Powell is definitely our favorite. Keep on the good work guys!"

"I can not recommend this office enough! I am so thankful to have this team of Doctors and nurses behind us through the sneezes and coughs in life. Each and every time we have had an appointment we have never had to wait in the lobby for one, and two, the wait to see the Dr. has not been more than 5 mins. Thank the lord, because these trips are not exactly thrilling with a sick and grumpy kid or kids!! Let me just add that the doctors have always been super thorough in their check -ups and also create such a non-judgmental atmosphere, and thank you Jesus for that because I am that mom who feels like I have no idea what I am doing when it comes to motherhood!??? So again very comforting knowing I’m able to express my embarrassing questions, comments, and concerns. OH, lastly, moving to Ocala hasn't changed a thing for us. We still make the drive. I probably could have just said that one thing and that would have summarized it all."

The doctor that she saw was very nice had great bedside manner she talked us through the whole everything that she was doing even small things she was very good with my daughter made her feel totally at ease made me very happy that I had chosen that place to have my daughter get her school physical."
