"Dr Vulcano was the first and only to diagnose and treat me for a bad foot injury that others had told me had no clue what it was. He used microscopic incisions to perform the surgery (apparently he’s the only one in Florida, if not in the country) to do this type of procedure. "Dr. Vulcano is the BEST foot doctor in the nation-maybe the world? I had a torn ankle tendon for 7 years because 6 other surgeons (Colorado and Florida) said I had to have my foot reconstructed due to my high arches. Dr. Vulcano said "I disagree". Last October he performed surgery on my ankle and I actually had 3 "trashed" tendons. He made the decision to implant tendons. I walked out of surgery in a boot and was weight bearing.
