"UPDATE 11/08/2023: I haven’t had any luck getting ahold of them, neither has the BBB. What brings the low rating is there BILLING department. I should’ve paid attention to the prior reviews about customers having issues with them. It’s been OVER 8 months and they have yet to issue my refund for a month worth of out of pocket PT sessions. Mind you each session I was paying $132+ multiple times a week. I’ve tried to escalate this matter to their billing department manager and have yet to hear back. Already advised the front desk I will be looking into getting a legal counsel as well as filing a complaint to the BBB. Save your time, your money and your peace of mind. Go elsewhere…"

"The billing department has claimed that my refund has been “processing” for over a year now. They refuse to answer back voicemails when it comes to refunds, but answer immediately if you have to pay a bill. Avoid at all costs unless you hate money"

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has been very easy to schedule appointments with little wait times. The doctors and nurses are attentive and truly show concern for your well being. I can highly recommend SOC to anyone looking for fast, courteous and effective service and treatment."
